Tie Rod - 94-00840 RTS

The steering gear is needed to transfer forces to the steered wheels from the steering mechanism. It provides pivoting at various angles. If both wheels are turned the same angle, the inner wheel will slide sideways. Steering efficiency will decrease. Sliding will create additional heating of the corresponding wheel. The usage of the tie rod
