Oil Dipstick - 1940023 SASIC

The oil dipstick is a device whose main function is to measure the oil level in the crankcase of the power unit. The working mechanism of the oil dipstick

The operation of the mechanisms of the car engine must proceed in an oil environment in order to exclude friction of the paired parts. Otherwise, the result will be their rapid wear and work with the release of a large amount of heat. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor regularly the level of lubricant in the engine using a special oil dipstick. This device allows you to determine accurately the amount of lubricant in the crankcase. It is included in the standard factory configuration of the car, because a separate oil dipstick is required for each type of engine. This is because each engine has a certain crankcase size, and therefore, when pouring oil in the same volume, but in different power units, its level will differ.
