Due to this, it is possible to maintain a stable position of the car, smooth, comfortable movement. The silent block consists of metal bushings and a rubber gasket between them (elastomer). Elastomers prevent the bushings from rubbing against each other, and also reduce vibration, shock, and noise. Their advantage over other connecting elements is ease of maintenance. Silent blocks do not require the use of oil, they are easily replaced in the event of a malfunction.
