Crankshaft Bearing Set - 029 HS 10039 000 MAHLE

The crankshaft bearing often consists of a metal alloy, of 2 or 3 metals, multi-layer (2-5-layer), over 2.5 mm thick (modern models are thinner, older ones are thicker). The bearing has a cylindrical body, a groove for lubrication, a hole for lubrication, and a bearing lock. The main bearing of the main crankshaft is usually steel. The rest of the metals included in its composition may differ from manufacturer to manufacturer (however, you need to order the part that suits your engine). The usage of the crankshaft bearing set

A correctly selected MAHLE brand Crankshaft Bearing Set has a long service life, which depends mainly on the oil: its viscosity and pressure. Oil is fed through a groove to the connecting rod bearings through the crankshaft, providing hydraulic rotation inside the bushing.

If a part is out of service, then a distinct knocking appears under the hood, and the engine strives to stall.
